PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED!

REAL QUICK:  Do not use a jump box, battery charger or cordless device (drill battery) on these lights.

Q: Your Typhon Series (smaller drain plug light) Light isn't powering up?

A: Each light has to have its own LED driver in place (white ice cube). Check the following:   The short wire on the ice cube (driver) goes to the LED.  Check that you have 12.4 volts going to the driver (ice cube).  Do NOT use the light or attempt to without the driver in place, you WILL immediately destroy the light.  The actual LED is NOT 12 volts, the driver (ice cube) is what transforms 12 Volts to the appropriate rated voltage of the light.  IF you used the light without the driver, Its now toast.

If it worked last season and doesn't now?   A connection is corroded.

Q: Your Loki, Acme, Burris, Token or Mercury light isn't working or not working properly?

A: Each individual light has to have its own LED driver in place (white ice cube). The short wire coming off the "ice cube" goes to the light. Check that you have 12.4 volts going to the driver (ice cube on the long wire input) with a voltmeter, not a test light, a test light lighting up means nothing.  Do NOT use the light or attempt to without the driver in place, you WILL immediately destroy the light.  The actual LED is NOT 12 volts, the driver (ice cube) is what transforms 12 Volts to the appropriate rated voltage of the light.  IF you used the light without the driver, Its now toast

If it worked last season and doesn't now?  A connection is corroded.

Q: Your SOLID color Vega, Electra, Mormo, Dagon,Titan, Trim Tab or Trinity isn't working?

A: Make sure you have 12.4 volts going to the controller, regulator or resistor.  Do not use a test light because they don't tell you correct voltage, use a voltmeter.  Not working after the season and it did last season?  Check for corrosion at all connections, especially the ground wires.  ON THE SOLID COLOR LIGHTS ONLY (NON-RGB lights).  There are only two wires on these particular lights.  One is BLUE one is BROWN.  To test the light all by itself and eliminate other issues.  Take the BLUE wire and bypass all other components, go directly to a CAR or MARINE battery NOT a battery charger, jump box or drill battery and connect the BLUE wire to the positive battery post.  Take the brown wire to the NEGATIVE battery post, connect it.  Do this for about 10 seconds, if the light comes on, you have a problem somewhere else, its not the light.

Q: Your RGB COLOR CHANGING Vega, Electra, Mormo, Dagon, Titan, Trim Tab or Trinity isn't working?

A:  To test the light all by itself and eliminate other issues.  Turn on the system, power up the controller.  Take a VOLTMETER and make sure you have 12.4 volts at the RGB controller on the blue wire on the output side of the controller.  Now, find a piece of wire and "jump" the connections, one at a time, from the battery NEGATIVE to each individual channel of the controller output.  They are the yellow, green and brown wires.  All you need to do is touch the top of the screw connections on the terminals ONE at a TIME.  If you touch yellow, the RED led should light up.  Brown=blue led and green = green led should light up.  If the light works doing this, the controller either has a bad ground, is connected wrong or got wet at some point.  There is nothing wrong with the light if this works and you have another problem.

Q:  Your small NON RGB regular two wire remote isn't working?

A:  There is a label on the remote receiver.  One end says "LED"  that end goes to the light.  Does the remote have a good battery? It should light up on the end when any button is pushed.  Make sure you have the battery in correctly as well.  Check the battery, it should have 3.6v.  Worked last season but now it doesn't?  It probably got wet and is corroded.
